Led the rebooking redesign: 81% of travellers on a cancelled train now rebook in the app, up from 52%. Led Grain, the design system shared by four apps, from the first audit to version 2.4.
Redesigned the shared week for families caring for a parent: three times more tasks shared, and 64% of families still active after three months.
Designed the morning screen that 92% of shop managers now open before the doors do.
